Metallic Red Unitard

More unitards came in the mail.
Jordann (my housemate and "wife"--I wake up and make breakfast for her and she makes homemade chai tea for me) and I got matching unitards. The pictures don't do them justice, but they are fun.
And my handstands are much more solid, although clearly not quite solid enough to get a picture that isn't blurry.
Alas. I am excited about it. They are my new obsession. I am practicing handstands at every occation--the subway, the park but mostly after classes and in every spare moment of rehearsal.


I am working with 3 other women on a 4 person ground acrobatic act. It is quite fun. A couple of the girls are new and the new energy and excitement is contagious.

I recently recieved some photos from an amazing photographer that was taking pictures of us crazy circus freaks at the concert we went to a couple weeks ago. I am impressed. It was not an easy space to shoot. He's a damn good photographer. Check out his site:
